Website packages
| Package | One-time build | Ongoing monthly fee | Scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 | $149 hosting and maintenance | 5–7 page custom site in 2–3 weeks |
| Professional | $6,500 | $249 hosting, maintenance and CRO | 10–15 page conversion-focused site in 3–4 weeks |
| Enterprise | $12,500 | $449 full management | Unlimited pages and locations in 4–6 weeks |
Look at how the monthly fee sits in its own column. If we wrote "websites from $3,500" and mentioned hosting only in a footnote, the first-year cost of an Essential site would look like $3,500 when it is really $3,500 plus 12 × $149, or $5,288 before tax. That is exactly the gap we help you avoid in your own pricing presentation.
What drives the cost for a boiler company
Choosing a plan comes down to four things:
- How many packages you sell. Each package on your service menu usually needs its own page, ad group and proof. Three tiers plus two care plans points towards Professional or Growth.
- How many towns you genuinely serve. A tight radius suits Starter. Several regions, or a new division in a second city, usually needs Growth.
- How competitive your niche is. Combi and condensing replacement terms in large cities are crowded; steam radiator work in a mid-sized town is not.
- Whether you need a new position first. A fresh position, as covered in market positioning, front-loads the work in the first months.
A worked way to choose
Say your average replacement job is worth $11,000 at 32% gross margin, so each one contributes about $3,520. At the Starter price of $2,998/month, you need roughly one extra replacement a month to cover the fee; on Growth, about 1.3. That is the bar the plan has to clear before it is worth anything to you. If one extra job a month in your niche is unrealistic in your market, we will tell you, and suggest the smaller step.
Add your expected ad spend separately, and remember sales tax: Canadian clients pay GST/HST for their province (GST and QST in Quebec) on top of every figure on this page.
How to read any agency's price list
Whether you hire us or someone else, three questions expose most pricing tricks in marketing services, and they are the same questions your customers should be able to ask of your boiler prices:
- What recurs? Hosting, licences, call tracking and reporting tools are often monthly. They should sit next to the headline price.
- What is excluded? Ad spend almost always is. Say so plainly.
- What does leaving cost? If you lose the website or the ad account when you stop paying, the real price is higher than it looks.
How to start
- Call, text or email and tell us your niche, your towns and your current site.
- Take the 7-day free trial: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card.
- Decide whether to continue, on which plan, with no lock-in.
Questions about contracts, ownership or reporting are answered on the FAQ page, and the contact page explains what to send us first.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans start with a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required. If the work is not useful, you can stop.
What else could we be charged?
Website packages are one-time builds, and each carries the monthly hosting and maintenance fee listed right next to it. Ad spend is paid to the platforms. Before you commit, we confirm the full cost of your chosen plan in writing.
Do ad budgets come out of the plan price?
No. Media spend on Google or Meta is paid to those platforms separately and is set by you. The plan covers our work managing it.
Is positioning and menu work included in a plan?
We look at positioning first on every account, because campaigns built on a vague position waste money. If your company needs a larger repositioning or menu project, we scope it and confirm the cost in writing before anything starts.
