Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
Call, text or email: which to use
All three reach the same people, so pick whatever suits your day.
- Call if you want to talk it through now. Good for owners who think out loud.
- Text if you are between jobs or in a mechanical room. A link to your website and one line about what is bothering you is enough.
- Email if you want to send quotes, price sheets or a list of competitors. Attachments help us prepare.
The buttons on every page of this site open your phone or email app directly.
What to include in your first message
Detail turns a polite first reply into a useful one. If you have a minute, include:
- Your website address, and any separate division site.
- The type of boiler work you most want more of, for example combi conversions, condensing replacements or care plans.
- The towns or regions you genuinely serve in winter.
- Where prices appear today: on the site, in ads, only on quotes, or nowhere.
- Two or three competitors your customers also call.
- Anything already tried: a previous agency, a rebrand, a price page you took down.
Here is a template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We mostly do [type of boiler work] and want more [the job you want]. Our site is [website]. Prices are currently [where prices appear]. Main competitors: [two or three names]. Best time to reach me: [time].
What happens next
- We read first. Before replying in depth, we look at your site, your Google Business Profile and the competitors you named.
- A first conversation. Usually 20 to 30 minutes by phone or video. We will tell you what we see in your position, menu and price presentation, including if we think you do not need us.
- The free trial. If it makes sense, the 7-day free trial covers a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card.
- A written recommendation. Which plan or project fits, what it costs all-in, and what we would do first. You decide, with no lock-in.
The plans and fees are on the pricing page, and the services page explains each piece of work.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing so nobody's time is wasted:
- We are not contractors. If you need a boiler installed or repaired, contact a licensed heating company in your area. We work only with the businesses that do that work.
- We do not give legal advice. If your question is whether a specific advert complies with the Competition Act, a lawyer is the right call. We help you present prices honestly in the first place.
- We work Canada-wide. From BC to Newfoundland and Labrador and the territories; see the areas we serve.
If you are not ready yet
Plenty of owners contact us months before they are ready to change anything. That is fine. Ask a question, read the guides, and come back when the season allows. We will not chase you with follow-up sequences.
Privacy
We only use your phone number or email address to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we only email people who have contacted us first. Details are on the privacy page.
Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages that arrive outside those hours are read the next business day.
How fast will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day. If you text during the heating-season rush, a short message with your website is enough to get started.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial that follows needs no credit card.
Do we need to prepare anything?
Nothing is required, but a website link and a few recent quotes make the first call far more useful. The more we can read beforehand, the more specific our view will be.
